Pay Online
You may pay online by logging into your online IronHorse Account
You can also make one time payments without logging in. (Note that you will need to enter your Account Number and Invoice Number to proceed with your Payment. These can be found on the top of your bill. )
Pay by Phone
To make a payment by phone, call 1-866-316-1549 (You will need your IronHorse Account number).
Pay by Text
You can also pay your IronHorse bill directly through SMS/Text message.
1. Login to your Online Account
2. Go to Pay Online
3. Go to the "Pay by Text" tab
4. Under "Bill Summary Notifications" check the box "Bill Summary - Pay By Text"
5. Enter your 10 digit mobile phone number
6. Select your preferred payment method, or add a new payment method
7. Click SAVE
8. Check your mobile phone for confirmation that "Pay by Text" has been successfully set up.
When your next invoice is generated, you will receive a text notification, then another text when the bill is due. Simply, enter the amount you'd like to pay.
